Refund Process

After the returned item is received and successfully inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution or payment provider, refund processing may take several business days, although most refunds are completed within 5–7 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective item, incorrect product, or an error caused by Drew House.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, color, or product variation, we recommend placing a new order after submitting your return request. At this time, Drew House does not provide direct exchanges.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery

Return Shipping
